From Politico 44:
Vice President Joe Biden said Thursday morning after the State of the Union that Republicans could benefit in the 2010 races if they continue to be the "party of no" and alienate voters...."They may very well reap immediate political benefit by turning off so many voters that the people who want to see change give up and don't show up. I guess that's part of their strategy," Biden said on NBC's "Today" show. "Just because it's a loss for the Democrats' agenda, it doesn't mean it's a win for them, but they seem to think of it that way. And that's what the president's talking about. Everybody has to take some responsibility here."...Biden cautioned Democrats not to "overreact" to their party's defeat in last week's special Senate election in Massachusetts.
