Really? That's the Problem...

Talk about hypocritical. This is why America feels the need to pop pills when they are trying to relax in front of the tube. It's Dick Wolf's show and there's a reason it's been going on for 20 seasons with two different spin off shows. People CRAVE information, knowledge and the TRUTH. And O'Reilly would rather have people's minds rot into dimensia rather than get over himself for the sake of the good that is sparking ideas and discussion, which is what Dick and most other producers/directors are striving to accomplish, not push a personal agenda. It just shows how truly unsatisfied he is with his own work in life that he needs to criticize a show that, albeit fictitious, sparks critical thought processes and demands the watcher to research about the presented issues, as opposed to the O'Reilly factor whose ratings PALE in comparison to Law & Order's, not to mention don't encourage one to use their individual reason and logic to gain comprehension and understanding, but rather encourages watchers to stop thinking for themselves and just listen to O'Reilly. It's funny how butt hurt and over-sensitive O'Reilly is to the mentioning of his name, as if ANYONE was paying attention to the fact that O'Reilly was mentioned. He is not the point, but he is trying to make himself the point to improve his ratings because America LOVES a good catfight, especially involving members of the media, and if half the backpeddling in this little segment were true, he wouldn't be so nervous he stuttered through half of it.
I hope Mr. O'Reilly thought he was doing a really GOOD job when he decided to waste his time on his own ego trip and wasting precious show time--- which could have been used for ANYTHING pertinent, or useful for the public to learn-- like how in 1974 the DEA decided to condemn cancer patients to death because people would rather sit on a naive and ignorant high horse rather than accept the fact that they were wrong about needing to be the middle man to create a synthetic treatment for cancer (terminal cases included) rather than praise Christ in heaven for giving us the cure in a NATURALLY OCCURRING BOUNTIFUL SUBSTANCE OF THE EARTH--- www.alternet.org/story/9257

He MUST be running out of thoughts to express if he needed to put his little hurt ego on display so all his little fans to write hate mail to Dick Wolf.
That'll teach that Dick Wolf.
How dare he encourage thought.

You realize Law and Order is a fictional television show? I hope you are not getting your information to actually form your worldview from a work of fiction .....

Umm. Its fictional to such an extent that its a good thing they were not going for the truth and merely were using an episode to get across a politcial point of view they have to set the stage for more to come regarding tv. Think green people. Its coming. GE has signed on to begin morphing programming with a environmental slant to sway people or persuade through the use of TV.

If Ashlii has any doubt, do you think it was purely a coincidence that the President was portrayed by an African American on the series "24" leading up to the Obama's run. Producers adn writers for that series were supporters of his as far back as 2005/6. You use TV to create a state of acceptance or normalcy with the viewer regarding a political point or social norm. Then when the fictional portrayal somehow begins to become reality there is less friction with it by the public. Thats how the libs have always leveraged media.
