The former Massachusetts governor said "the president has not been able to make a decision" and said that is very unfortunate. Romney said "you should get it right," but he also complained that Obama has left U.S. troops and the people of Afghanistan in doubt about American policy at a time when there also is uncertainty about its presidential election
