Bearing Drift is reporting that the consiglieri (RPV's Congressional District Chairmen) have garnered enough support from the voting members of the RPV State Central Committee to oust Chairman Jeff Frederick from the job. Link here:

I am removing the finger shackles, and blogging on J-FRED's immanent inglorious departure. Even though this Einstein has been shown the votes, J-FRED wants to be taken out the hard way--with a fight. So be it. Welcome to the arena.

They've finally seen the light! The long Virginian nightmare is finally over!
Well, this is a credit to State Central, but the legitimate question is what took them so long? J-Fraud's lack of judgment and maturity has been killing us for almost a year. With his removal from the scene, RPV can now begin the long journey to recovery.
I wonder who was the brain behind this...me thinks ccmaximus had his fingers all in this pie. Chalk another one up.

Finger shackles = the self imposed ban placed on me that prevented me from blogging about J-FRED until I had something to post that was truly substantitive about his removal....
On another note, when I was searching the YOU TUBE of Patty Smyth singing Goodbye to You, I first came across a recent video from 2008 that showed her playing her old hits at a state fair in the Mid-West....man the years have not been kind to her...she looks like a cross between Leather Face and Cruella Deville (of 1,000 dalmations fame) with black/grey hair. Shame, damn shame. She used to be the bomb....

I have come down from the mountaintop to pull the cloak and shackles from your feet and fingers......you're free, you're free.....hopefully the votes will stay in place until 4/3...as far as Patty Smyth goes I guess living with John McEnroe was tough...I have seen a picture of her recently snd man she IS a scandal.
