It is refreshing to witness a candidate running for the GOP nomination in the 55th House of Delegates District to actually possess a proven track record of honoring and supporting Virginia Veterans. Rusty McGuire is that candidate. McGuire, along with the retiring Delegate Frank Hargrove (R-Hanover)are both politicians with solid verifiable records in support of Virginia Veterans.
