The Committee on Courts of Justice in the House of Delegates approved two animal fighting Bills...Senate Bill 592 would increase the punishment for animal fighting, including cockfighting (and make it a misdemeanor to attend)and Senate Bill 26 adds organized dogfighting as a qualifying offense under the VRICO Act.
