Senate Bill 592 sponsored by Sen. Thomas K. Norment outlaws all animal fighting making it illegal to even attend such an event…can’t believe that it took until 2008 GA session for this bill to be proposed and passed.

I am curious as to how a person can have his dog fight and injury another dog, when reported nothing happens to the owner or the dog.
