Republican Delegate Christopher Peace's bill (House Bill 14) passed 73-26 on Monday and now heads to the Senate. The bill that passed will ban illegal immigrants from attending public colleges and universities, which seems simple enough but will face an uphill battle in the Senate by the Democrat majority.
